  I had a great experience working with Garry Key from Extreme Heating and Air. From the start, Garry was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood my options before moving forward. The service itself was excellent—prompt, efficient, and done with real attention to detail. It’s obvious Garry takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about doing the job right. He was respectful of my home, left everything clean, and made sure the system was running perfectly before he left. What stood out most was his honesty and reliability. It’s not always easy to find someone you can trust with home repairs, but Garry definitely earned that trust. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing heating and air services.   Matt did a wonderful job getting our power back on our whole house dehumidifier and the AC power back on. He even programmed the AC fan so it wasn’t so loud. Very knowledgeable. Communication and arrival time was communicated well so we knew when he was on his way.

  Matthew and his associate (he was introduced but I can’t recall his name, sorry!) did a great job cleaning our HVAC ductwork. Matt called when they were headed to our home and arrived promptly as scheduled. Matt explained the process to both my wife and me and then got right to work. The process they used was much more thorough than what we had seen done previously and involved attaching the vacuum hose to the supply or outlet side of the furnace, sealing off all the ‘vents’ throughout the house. Each vent was then opened and ‘flushed’ with compressed air through special devices to loosen any dust, which was sucked back through the vacuum hose at the furnace and out to their truck. The vent was resealed and the technician moved on to the next vent, repeating the process. Once the supply side was done the vacuum was moved to the return side of the furnace and the same procedure repeated for the return ducts. Photos of ‘before and after’ conditions were taken of each duct/vent and attached to our final e-mailed report. Both technicians were helpful, friendly and respectful of our home, wearing show covers any time they were in the house. We feel we got a great value for the money we spent!
