  I would not recommend Sims-Lohman or the local sales representative, Joe Chapman. I initially called this location and left a voicemail to schedule a consultation to discuss expanding our kitchen. Joe returned my call, but he was very short and dismissive during the conversation. When I asked how long appointments typically last, he replied, “That’s entirely up to you.” I also asked who we would be meeting with, and he scoffed before saying, “Me—I’m the only one who works here.” Although the interaction made me hesitant, I decided to move forward and scheduled an appointment. My husband and I both took time off work to attend. When we arrived, the building was dark and the door was locked. I called the number listed for the location, but it continued to ring without answer. Eventually, I contacted the corporate office and spoke with the area manager, who said he would reach Joe. While waiting in our car, my husband and I watched Joe arrive, park his car, enter the building, and turn on the lights—approximately 25 minutes after our scheduled appointment time. Shortly afterward, he called and told me he had “forgotten to unlock the door.” Unfortunately, that explanation did not match what we had just witnessed. I would have completely understood if he had simply said that another meeting ran late or that he had lost track of time. However, the lack of professionalism and honesty left us uncomfortable moving forward. I reported the situation to the area sales manager, who told me that another representative from their Cincinnati location would contact me. It has now been a week, and I have yet to receive a call. Overall, I am very disappointed with this experience and will not be moving forward with Sims-Lohman for our project.

  Just had granite kitchen counter installed, the two young men they sent were real rock stars, I was a contractor for 40 years before retirement and after a final inspection, I was very impressed with the workmanship.

  Website states hours of operation but no one is there. By appointment only. Don't waste your time.

  We had the pleasure of working with Karli for our granite selection for our new home. She was knowledgeable the product. She was also accommodating with our schedule and patient during the selection process.

  We are trying to work with them now through Lowes to get granite countertops installed. Zach does not return phone calls. He will try once a day and if you do not answer then good luck. Terrible customer service so far.
