Office Staff/Service/Install team very professional answered all my questions and kept me updated during the process. Price was very competitive with everyone in the valley. As they opened this morning they rearranged Seth's schedule so we would be first. He is super knowledgeable and friendly about his work. After some difficult work he had our furnace fixed and running. I would highly recommend Seth for all your hvac work. Great job Rumer Loudin!
- STSheila TurnerDec 24, 20255.0The Main Street United Methodist Church's Furnace was not working properly Rumer Loudin, came to fix it. They had to order parts on Wednesday. It was a very Cold week, and the church temperature went down to 48 degrees. They came on Friday afternoon, at 4 and finished fixing the furnace so that the church would be warm for the weekend. We can't thank them enough for helping keep our church warm and our pipes from freezing. I would highly recommend them.

After returning home and walking through the door I could tell something was wrong, I called and immediately was greeted by a friendly voice. After a brief conversation I was assured someone was on the way and within minutes a tech was pulling in my driveway. After an assessment the issue was diagnosed and fixed. All I can say is for all of your heating and cooling needs!
