    Logan Hill is a reliable and professional technician to service my Generac Generator. Blind prices are reasonable for the service and Logan is an enthusiastic and knowledgeable professional. I wish I could clone him to other trades. My experience reflects well on Blind and I will contact them for other services as a result.

    I called Blind and Sons as my heat is out, I figured since they put the furnace in 12 years ago that they might be a safe choice to get service. I was told by the receptionist after being forced to deal with an AI chatbot. I was told I would receive a phone call by 5:30 regarding receiving service for the night to get my heat back up and running. No call by 5:30, and when I called them back to followup I was greeted by another AI chatbot instead of a person, they took my message and it has been nothing but radio silence 45 minutes later. I took work off so I could deal with the technician today, and had they not overpromised and underdelivered I may have heat right now.

    Karl and Jared were excellent. The 5 star rating was for them. I would give the company a 3 star rating. Karl & Jared were nice & polite. They took the time to explain what they were doing before and after. They made sure that the system worked before leaving. These two gentlemen know what they are doing. We were skeptical at first because the saleman botched our quote making us pay more because he didn't come out and physically look at our old boiler. Jim told us to send him a picture of a sticker on our boiler which resulted in the first quote then he wanted us to send actual pictures of our old boiler raising the quote which is bad business. They refused to honor the first quote given when it was their mistake raising the quote by an extra $1500 which we didn't have immediately on hand. The tempertures were single digits and dropping. No one took the time to physically come out and look at our old boiler to prevent the difference or to give the correct quote. Never had a boiler until we moved to Ohio so we thought that it was just how they did things out here. However, found out later that they are physically supposed to come out and didn't. It's like they said they will pay it if they don't want to freeze with temperatures dropping. They coveted money over the welfare of their client when it was their fault for giving the wrong quote and not taking the time to come out. We had to take our mortgage and my checks to make up the difference. Already gave the finance company a payment upfront for them which was a seperate payment and was not included in the $1500 difference. If you decide to go with Blind & Sons just make sure that the salesman or someone actually comes out for a quote not you do all the work for them.

    Daniel Sanor was our tech for the fall/winter checkup. Daniel was very personable and listened to all of our concerns. He explained all that he was doing and the reasons behind it. He also recommended a ZAP surge protector which we will decide upon prior to our spring checkup. It's apparent he loves his job and takes pride in his work - a great attribute - a compliment to Blind&Sons.

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review We recently had a new furnace installed by Chris Harper and Garret Stoner from Blind & Sons, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. Chris and Garret arrived right on time, were friendly and professional, and took the time to explain each step of the installation as they worked. Their attention to detail was outstanding—they worked efficiently, kept the workspace spotless, and ensured the system was installed perfectly before leaving. They also walked us through all the new furnace features, answered every question thoroughly, and made sure we felt completely confident with the system’s operation. Our home is already noticeably more comfortable and energy‑efficient. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received.
