    Frank very professional and very informative on the work that he was doing. Frank also was very polite and very considerate with me and my wife. If we need work in the future we will ask for Frank and we also would recommend blend and Sons and their work to friends and family.     Mark Walter assessed the job accurately and with precision before he completed any work. Then he professionally replace my toilet flange and ensured the toilet functioned properly before he finished the job. He displayed respect for my home and bathroom, and was careful to ensure cleanliness before he left. I would recommend him to anyone who has a plumbing problem.     I had a new furnace installed on 11/21. We noticed a leak on 12/1. I called the office on 12/2 and a Tech came to my home on 12/5. He said he needed to order a part and would let me know when it came in. When I didn't hear from him by the middle of December I called the office. She said, oh yeah, that came in a while ago. We then made an appointment for him to come to my home today, 1/6, as he was out for a death in the family. Not sure why another tech couldn't be scheduled? Well, here we are....1/6 and the Tech didn't show up. When I called the office around noon she said (after being put on hold for 12 minutes) that needs rescheduled. I asked why and she said "I don't know." Let me transfer you. Never did get to talk to anyone as I was disconnected. I called my 'Comfort Consultant' at noon (whom I've had no issues with by the way) and he said he will send them an e-mail and to expect to hear from someone 'shortly'. Not sure exactly what 'shortly' means but I didn't think it meant longer than 3-1/2 hours????? No phone call yet and it's 3:30. Going on 5 weeks now to fix a leak that was caused by you.

    We have our furnace checked every season . Blind &Sons installed it 5 years ago and they did a great job, Every year we have the furnace inspected the technicians are “A#1” polite, respectful of your property and efficient. I recommend them to my neighbor and they also are very happy. So if you are in the market for a new furnace and air conditioner I recommend this company. .

    Blind & Sons have been a nightmare to deal with furnace maintenance and repair. First, they were unable to schedule our annual maintenance until Christmas Eve. However, our furnace stopped working on December 15. We were advised they would call the next week when the part came in, so we were expecting a call on December 22. When we didn't hear from them, we called only to find out the part has been in, but it is being held at "will call" which was closed until December 29. Today is December 29, and we called them again and they said the tech would be out to make the repair this afternoon. Then they called us to say they sold the part to someone else and it will be at least a few more hours. To make matters worse, the customer service representatives are not apologetic about how bad their service is whatsoever. Be prepared to wait on hold at least 10 minutes any time you call. They will also alternate between calling me and my husband for no apparent reason. Just awful to deal with, and unacceptable for a broken furnace in the winter and over the holidays.
