    Travis did a great job was very personal and professional! He worked quickly and efficiently as well as took our old toilet and disposed of it! I thought this was a nice surprise! The pricing was okay even with the discount and we supplied most everything for the job the only thing we didn’t have was the shut off valve which is at best a $20 part could have been better $578 was still a bit steep to install a toilet in my opinion! However the job is done and I am beyond satisfied with the service!

    The whole team at blind and sons is incredible. Had my first appointment with Mark who quoted me for my new water heater. He was also to look at my pump for our boiler as it also went out. We had determined to replace the whole unit rather than piece it together and possibly make more issues as the whole boiler was 50+ years old. Then Kevin in sales came out last Wednesday to inspect and quote pricing. He was quick to get me in a tight schedule window. Then today 11/11 Karl and Jared came to install my new equipment. They were quick, kind, efficient and made the whole experience even better. They went through explaining all shut off and their warranties thoroughly. Couldn't be happier with choosing blind and sons for this project. Thank you Mark, Kevin, Karl and Jared for all your hard work!

    Contacted Blind and Sons in Oct. to get a quote on new furnace and AC as my AC unit broke down and was uneconomical to repair. Dustin came out and was very thorough with explaining the pros and cons of the different brands and models. I decided to purchase new furnace along with the AC due to age of the furnace. The installation crew was professional and took the time to answer all my questions about the install, how to operate, recommended maintenance, etc. I would recommend considering Blind and Sons for furnace and/or AC new install and/or service.

    I purchased a furnace and AC from Blind&Sons a few years back. It was a great experience up until the last year and a half. The last two service appointments I scheduled resulted in them not showing up and providing no notification of cancellation. Example: I received an email confirmation on 11/6/25 confirming my appointment for 11/7/25. No one showed up. I called them and they said that it was canceled and I could reschedule in January 2026. The same thing happened this past Spring. My assumption is they are having a difficult time servicing Northeast Ohio. I would be careful if you live in Northeast Ohio and are seeking their services.

    Our furnace had issues we called Blind and sons. They sent out a very kind employee that diagnosed our furnace. They Charged the normal diagnostic fee for coming out. Bill was very professional and kind, however, Blind and sons bills by the job. Our furnace had two issues therefore costing us 900+ dollars in labor alone because our parts were under warranty for the furnace my husband and I both thought that was a bit high and they couldn’t bring it down in cost even though it was one furnace they were coming out to repair. They still called it two jobs. We called another company. They came out the following business day and fixed and repaired our furnace for a grand total including service call for $357 out the door When Blind and sons wanted to charge us over $900 plus the service fee. It’s just straight robbery!
