    Extremely transparent and easy to work with. We had a pump issue on a weekend, Corey was very helpful, responsive and pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend their services for honest, well priced work from good people.

    I just got off the phone with Cory. I called his cell after Max Herr had closed for the day on Saturday. I told him I had very low water pressure in the house. Rather than stop by for a service charge, he helped me troubleshoot my problem over the phone - it was a clogged whole house filter. GREAT customer service Cory - Thank You!! Max Herr will be my Go - To Well and Pump service company from now on!! MV - Chagrin Falls Ohio
