- BBBen BohnettFeb 1, 20265.0Furnace decided it wanted to act up on the weekend when it was -8 outside. Called comfort control at 7:30 in the morning to get on the emergency schedule. Shelby was awesome and said they were booked but would get someone out before 5pm. Mark arrived at 2:30pm very courteous and knowledgeable. Thankfully he was able to get my furnace running that day. Awesome service all the way around. I will be reaching out to get my maintained plans set up. Thank you so much.

He fixed our leaky faucet and got me signed up for the maintenance program since I can never remember when I had my HVAC serviced last😆 Mark came out a different day and did some routine maintenance on my heating system. He was also polite and professional and gave me some helpful tips regarding my filter.

A special call-out though to the extraordinary people of Ashland Comfort Control who all had a part in saving my sanity before the extreme frigid temps this week…..Emily (who answered my call during the snowstorm on a Sunday evening -and then checked a few things and called me back 2 minutes later), then Travis (who braved the treacherous driving conditions to come make sure I had heat that night). Earl, who answered my panic call the next day because I was still so worried that something still wasn’t right—got me on the schedule for the following day with Mike to come out. Mike replaced my thermostats, and then diagnosed AND FIXED another issue with my boiler system. Then continued to assure me that every thing is running fine. Didn’t want to leave until all my questions were answered and I was satisfied. Thank you Mike for your patience with me!! Love you guys!
