  This is my first time shopping for and getting carpet installed. I never leave reviews but I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to say how high Ultimate Flooring set the bar. From picking it out, to getting it scheduled for installation. My wife and I never felt pressured and was a very relaxing experience. When the installation process came they were very detailed orientated and had pride in installing their product. In 2026 finding a company that has values like that will absolutely have my business in the future.

  Been buying carpet from ultimate flooring for many years. A great place with excellent customer service. The only carpet store I will shop at. Keep up the great experience.

  My new favorite carpet store! They have a wide selection of other flooring as well but we had carpet installed in our living room and I couldn’t be happier! Will be recommending to all my clients who need flooring :)

  From the beginning, I was totally happy with my experience. Sam was extremely knowledgeable and guided me to the right products for my home (dog proof, kid proof and husband proof). The installation was smooth and Dominic did an excellent job of leveling the floor to ensure proper installation. Steve did a great job on the carpet in my living room, bed room and stairs. I would highly recommend them for your flooring needs. Their personal service will beat the big box stores.
