- DSDrew Seal1 day ago5.0I called Superior Drainage to scope a underground downspout pipe. Rodney was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything in realtime as he was advancing the camera in the pipe. He identified the problem and explained what needed to be done. He was honest and straightforward, not trying to upsell unnecessary repairs. I am extremely happy with their service and highly recommend Superior Drainage.

He looked at all possible causes of water backup and gave us very sound advice on repairs needed. He was very polite, professional, honest and friendly during his visit. I would call Superior Drainage again based on our experience with Ryan. Also, the customer service reps we spoke to were each very kind and helpful during my calls.

Helped me get future things scheduled and even took the time to clean and hose off the area around the truck! I had an inspection for my county done and a septic tank pump as well. I highly recommend Superior Drainage for any septic needs! Prices fair as well.

Sadly, after pumping, we discovered there must be a blockage so he arranged for an appointment tomorrow am for that service. God bless you, Matthew! I look forward to my Superior Drainage service tomorrow. 4/16/26 Ryan was able to clear the blockage that obstructed drainage into my septic tank.
