  Horrible. Cleared my schedule then they call at the last minute to reschedule due to goof on their part. The first person I spoke to was incompetent (should have known she couldn't schedule anything correctly) and now I never get a hold of anyone but their AI assistant. Disgusted.

  This was fine except he told my husband there were leaves in the combustion box and didn’t seem to know how to explain where it was or how we can clear it ourselves. My husband couldn’t go outside as he has a broken ankle. We would like someone to call us and walk us through this. Thank you.

  Came home one night, it was very muggy and hot in my house, turned on the a/c to find it wasn’t working. The very next morning Zack came out to inspect and repair. Before lunch time the a/c was repaired and Zack was gone! What a perfect experience!

  Had spring maintenance ( covered still by company)and Tom came out to check it out. Appreciated the time he took to check everything to insure all was up and running. Put the AC on to make sure it was running properly! Tom is always friendly and thorough. Lake Heating &Cooling gives just a 2 hour window and text you a picture of who is coming. They also text when on their way. Appreciate the communication!

  Jake Taylor was very knowledgeable and professional. He was unable to find anything wrong with our furnace but showed us what to look for if it malfunctioned again. This information was very helpful! It would've been nice to not have been charged the full service charge price since no work was actually performed
