There was no pressure, they didn’t attempt to sell me the most expensive carpet, in fact it was the opposite. Employees know their product very well and everyone I spoke with was accommodating, listened to my need and suggested products and created a visual to make the selection easier. My order arrived on time and installation was perfect. The installer was on time, quick, removed residual and vacuumed the area leaving it spotless. I will return.
