He had noticed and told me that they no longer used a 3/8 “ gas dryer valve and pipe fitting. He had said that we were lucky not to burn down our home with the old equipment that we had. I give him a six out of five; if there is such a rating.

He was so incredibly knowledgeable and helped us understand the job as well. Highly recommended. So many times we’ve called plumbers and had run arounds and huge bills and recurring problems.

Said it doesn’t come off wall ( it does & did) also said he didn’t know anything about them call people that installed it. Put it back up and left. A plumber had installed it not the manufacturer of panel. So did they know anything about it? Just my opinion but not a competent plumber at least in this situation. Will be calling the OTHER company that knew what they were doing. Waste of my $89 dollars. Also had explained what was expected when I made appointment sooo no excuse to send someone who had no experience with panels. I believe it’s a hook up problem not panel problem. But what do I know I’m not a plumber hence the call. Merry Christmas to Superior Drainage.

Service was quick, he arrived on time, even cleaned up the overflow mess from when it backed up. 100% recommend these guys based on their professionalism and performance.
