This young man is so polite and speaks so well explaining what he needs to inspect and then his findings and scope of work! New experience for me! I was referred to Superior by a neighbor who has used them for years as well. Rodney is very aware of more than just the work order he received – – he spontaneously was cautious when going in and out of the door asking if there were any pets - he offered suggestions of maintenance aspects available through the company in the future so that the type of drain issue that created so much anxiety for me, would not happen again and he spent time cleaning up the areas so well all I need to do is have it dry and I can put things back in place. I will continue to depend on Superior and most of all, request Rodney when I call in for service!!!! 🏆
