They diagnosed the issues, and recommended a solution that was best for our situation, not just what could get them additional sales today. He never once complained, even when our driveway froze up and he had to negotiate down, what I call Mt. Olympus to get to the house. He answered every question, cleaned up the area after he was finished, and even looked into another Issue I had about a gas fireplace. Tom was so polite and funny on top of it. What a credit to Lakes Heating and Cooling. I’ve never seen anything but a wonderful work ethic with Lakes Heating and Cooling, out of Green, Ohio. I give them a ***** star rating.
