  The service tech was very nice and polite. When it comes to ordering part from their warehouse the quality of service goes down. To the point of not wanting to ever use them again. Needed a new water tank and kitchen faucet. It been almost a week since they have their money and we still waiting on “ warehouse “ for parts. This is not acceptable for the price you pay. They can’t tell u nothing when you call expect we waiting in the warehouse. Giving excuses isn’t good business practices. Fixing things in a timly matter makes good business practices. This isn’t very good. Having good communication with the warehouse and customer make good customer service.

  I absolutely recommend this company! When I called Rachel asked what she could do to make me smile and she delivered!! I got lucky with a same day appointment which was my first smile. My second was Andrew Z coming out and making all my leaks disappear. He was super friendly, courteous, and willing to answer all my questions. Thank you Andrew Z and Rachel for making me smile and making a bad day better. I highly recommend and will be going back for any future needs I might have!

  Had a bad experience with my first technician, told J&J and they fixed the issue immediately sent me a different technician ( Darnell ) who got the job done and stay an extra 30min to ensure the problem would not happen again also J&J refunded my service fee for the first guy, I will definitely reach out if need be and also ask for Darnell and I advise everyone to ask for Darnell he know his stuff very honest and made sure to take his shoes off!!!!!

  I called J&J on a day where the outside temperature was in the single digits and to fix the incompetence of another HVAC company. They came out to my house, same day, did not charge an inflated fee and the tech, Austin, was super friendly, professional and diagnosed the true problem quickly. Austin had my furnace up and running the same day even though the full fix required a part to be ordered. When the part came in a week or so later, Austin himself came back to make sure the part was installed properly and everything was working. I couldn’t be happier with J&J’s communication, fair pricing and Austin was a phenomenal technician. I will be using J&J for all things HVAC in the future - great job!!

  I had an emergency situation when I noticed one of my dogs kept going to the same spot outside. When I walked over, I could hear water running before I even saw anything. I went into the basement and found water spewing everywhere from a split pipe connected to our outdoor spigot. I immediately shut off the main water valve and called J & J Plumbing Heating Cooling & Electric. They were able to dispatch David C. to my home in LaGrange, Ohio the same day within a few hours. David was extremely professional, friendly, and patient. He explained everything in detail as he assessed the situation and showed me where the pipe had split in multiple places, even though we had turned off the shutoff and removed the hose well before winter. He didn’t have PEX on his truck that day, so he safely capped the PVC pipe so we could turn our water back on and scheduled a return visit to complete the permanent repair. When he came back, David replaced the damaged section with PEX to allow for better expansion if freezing occurs, installed a much better shutoff valve, and even relocated the pipe farther inside the house to reduce the risk of this happening again. He confirmed there were no leaks and waited to make sure everything was working properly, which gave me real peace of mind. He wore boot covers every time he entered the house, kept the area clean, and was very respectful of our home. Pricing was explained upfront with full transparency. While they may be slightly higher than some, the quick response, professionalism, and quality of work absolutely made it worth it. I would definitely call J & J again and highly recommend David C. and their team.
