  Plumber Adam broke water softener taking it out plus broke main valve 2 inches of water all through my house it's a one level house no basement. Took 5 days for them to even come on top of that the furnace man put the wrong screw in and had two come back the next day and fix it cause furnace stopped working again and the prices were ridiculous really bad experience and no restoration came to clean up the mess me and my son had to clean up salt water everywhere from the plumber and we have wooden floors in the living room and hallway and it was just a damn mess Davis the wrong restoration number claimed that restoration was calling me and could not get a hold of me just a bunch of BS

  I have always been a do it yourselfer kind of guy but due to physical issues father time is really been mean to me so I'm not able to perform a lot of tasks that I was used to doing. So I thought finding a plumber that I could trust was going to be very hard. Well I'll tell you that I'm glad I called J&J The tech they sent was Doug B and he explained everything that was going to be done and with a quote before he started. Just by talking to him I knew I wasn't going to have to look over his shoulder to make sure he was doing it right. He was very professional, polite and personable. Something that is hard to find nowadays. J&J and I are going to grow old together.

  Had them out for a quote on electrical in my back yard. Basically just installing a few circuits and outlets to a pavillion and outdoor kitchen. The person on the phone who scheduled did not notify me of a $100 call out / estimate fee, but whatever. That wasnt a huge deal. Guy came out same day which was nice, but literally took 2 hours at my house for an estimate that maybe should have been 30 minutes. He was thorough, I give him that, but excessive waste of time in my opinion. He came back to the house after the estimate in his truck, showing me over $10,000 for this job! I just laughed when he was only part way through at $5,000, because the entire estimate was crap. They wanted to charge $3,000 to dig a trench about 25 feet that was already mostly dug due to us replacing our patio. I knew right away they were trying to rip me off. The guy was a bid rude at the end, mostly because I was upset he wasted my time with a trash quote. I never even got the quote via email from the company and also asked if I did the trenching myself I wanted a requote on what they would cost. They never sent it. Anyhow, next day had another company out to quote and got the job done very quickly and easily for $3,000. Not saying to not go with this company by my review, but this is a buyer beware. They probably do great work, but shop around because they are likely way higher priced than anyone else. I dont mind paying for good service but I am not putting your kids through college.

  Since owning a home, I had a great experience with Finley Plumbing who was local to me but acquired by J&J Plumbing. I had a great relationship with Alec and Jodi and really trusted them. Since they went to J&J I have had two experiences with them. The first one they called me and cancelled my appointment for my clogged kitchen sink an hour before their 4 hour appointment window ended. They said my job was bumped because it wasn't as important as their other jobs meanwhile I have water all over my kitchen and food waste flowing onto my floor. I called another local plumbing company and they came and remedied the issue within 2 hours of the call (Mackin & Sons). Over the weekend, my sons clogged our basement toilet just before I had an appraisal scheduled for my home on Tuesday at 3pm (perfect timing). So I started calling around to places and unfortunately my first and second choice were booked so I reluctantly called J&J again. I explained the situation and they booked me for Tuesday with a window of 9am-1pm which was pushing it but I was okay with that. At 11:13 they called to tell me they would have to push back my appointment and I told them I really needed it at least looked at before the appraisal at 3pm. The lady then asked me what was going on to see if they could fit it in still and after explaining the problem that I clearly explained to another lady on Monday morning she tells me they do not work on my type of toilet anyway. So, from this experience I cannot in good faith recommend this company to anyone.

  Although my experience started with a few hiccups in scheduling, everything turned around once the technician, Chase, arrived. He was prompt, courteous, and professional—calling ahead to confirm his arrival time and even wearing shoe covers to keep my home clean. Chase took the time to walk me through every step of the process, from diagnosing the plumbing issue to explaining J&J's payment policies. His attention to detail and willingness to answer all my questions made the experience stress-free. Best of all, he was able to fix the issue the same day. Before leaving, Chase reviewed the completed work with me, ensured I was satisfied, and left the space spotless. It’s been working perfectly ever since. The service I received was great, and I wouldn’t hesitate to call J&J Plumbing again for future issues.
