  This might be my first review ever, but I felt it was well-deserved. I needed some work done at one of my properties and reached out to a few companies. Some didn’t answer their phones and later returned my calls sounding less than enthusiastic, so I didn’t feel they were the right fit. Donamarc, on the other hand, always answers the phone, and their staff is consistently friendly and professional. They did excellent work, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experiences with them. Even when I stop by the office just to buy salt for the softener, everyone is incredibly pleasant and helpful.

  The service call installer of my new equipment was top notch. The plumbing work to fit the unit in was clean and precise. The instruction provided on the unit was thorough. I simply cannot state how happy I am with donamarc service and its' people.

  The two guys that came out and did the job were fantastic professionals and they got along good with my dog who didn’t bother them very much because they did their job and didn’t bother me very much. I made sure that they knew where they had to go and what they had to do they turned on some music and went to town When I went to let the dog out, they were almost done fantastic work very happy. Would give more stars if I could.

  I just had a water softener, green sand filter and pressure tank installed by Corey and Christian. Corey and Christian were both amazing! They were very well educated and informative. They work very hard and efficient even in not the best location. They worked in a tight crawl space under my home. They also took their time to thoroughly explain how everything works and how to maintain everything. They're professionalism was unparalleled. They represent their company very well and they are a true asset to them and be recognized. I would highly recommend them to everyone. 👍 I also would like to give a shout out to Dominic. He was the one who first came out to do a estimate and and for me what I needed done to deal with the horrible water issues I was dealing with. He broke everything down and explained everything very well so that I could understand what the issues were and the best way to approach them. Also he went above what he came for. He came here just to look at how to treat my water. He went out of his way to crawl through a tight crawl space just to look around and he saw a major issue with a pressure tank that had a huge crack in it and it could have broke at any time and flooded my basement. He set aside doing the job that he came for and stressed the seriousness of the issue and he told me to put off even treating the water. He could easily just came and installed the equipment that I needed to have replaced and left and just collected money. I very much appreciate his honesty and letting me know of the issue before I could have had my basement flood. I feel that all three of them don't just work there for a paycheck. I feel like they really care about their clients. I know I am rambling on but again I just want to thank them and recognize them.

  Went to them for a water system because I was referred to them by a friend. I got the most high end water system 1800. It supposed to do it own thing all im supposed to do is add salt. I have had nothing but issues with it for the 4yrs iv had it. And now im being charged 125 dollars just for them to come to my house to install a 7 dollar part. I have never been charged 125 for their visits. Then lady I spoke to I believe was Stephanie who answered when I called to make a payment. Was nice at first the. After she for my payment and I was voicing my concerns. She told me I have to take thos call and that she would send me the recent. They dont care about their customers aslong as they get there money. I will not be recommending anyone to this company. Will be buying salt else where. Place is a joke.
