He immediately hits me with the "you have cracks in your air intake, big gaps..." and tells me he can't tune my furnace. My family is in immediate danger. Then tells me how they have furnace installs on sale. He was in my house for 90 seconds. 90 seconds and I need a new furnace. I was then charged $70 for the "service." Look, I teach, I don't install furnaces and I understand that the nature of the business relies on a company's ability to scare me into paying for expensive equipment because I don't know anything about furnaces. I get it. The man was in my house for 90 seconds. I won't be using Bud's Heating and Cooling in the future. I hope the $70 was worth it.
