When it came time to finish our lower level, there was no question that we would put our trust in Barrington Carpet & Flooring and Valerie. She listened to what our vision was and was able to recommend the perfect carpet and tile combination. We were provided samples so that we could try them in our home which was invaluable! The installers completed the project and were extremely professional. I would say they installed our flooring as if they were putting it in their own home! Based on our experience, we would NEVER buy from a "big box chain" -- but rather local, with a company who trains their employees to provide customer service at every level of contact! We have recommended Barrington (and Valerie) to our friends -- and seven have had the opportunity to work with Valerie for their homes!! Thank you Barrington for your WONDERFUL products and knowledgeable employees!
