    Worst heating and cooling company ever. I had my chimney inspected, inspector informed me the lining was missing and it was supposed to be installed during installation. More than three infected components was installed and need replaced several times. They never honor their appointments and always met with poor customer service. I had my systems installed 2017 with a 15 yrs. parts & labor included. I paid an annual fee and had to maintain two yearly inspections spring & fall. I always called weeks in advance for any services. Last year I called for regular tune up maintenance, I informed the receptionist on missed and delayed appointments. She told me "we are making improvements with arco." Took her word for it and what do you know, Arco doesn't show up just like I knew they wouldn't. At this point I've growing impatient with Arco due to the last 10yrs of poor service. Anthony is not a real manger or any type of lead as he claim he is. I explained to him all the complications and patients I had to deal with, I should be a priority. He showed the lease empathy towards my situation and continued to escalate the situation instead of resolving it. After minutes of disputing for something I paid for, he continues to tell me "we don't have to come out you anymore, we changed business owners." So I asked him "Arco is going to do an breach of contract?" He rudely slammed the phone down in my ear. Moral of the story SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE.

    Derek Lau Is the standard others should follow. Thorough, knowledgeable, and experienced. He corrected little things from previous techs and was genuinely happy to help me. From now on, I want Derek servicing my furnace!
