  Zach was our technician for our air conditioning. Not only was he efficient in his time but also very personable by introducing himself and asking my name. He asked me multiple times if I had any questions and was ready to explain them if I had any. I hope we get him again! Great personality and easy to talk to!

  My son and DIL have lived in Tallmadge for 5 years and have used Echols for their yearly HVAC check ups. Yesterday, I met the tech at their house since they were both working. John D., the tech, was one of the nicest, friendliest, and knowledgeable techs I’ve talked to in a long time. I’m a curious person and he took the time to answer my questions, explain the photos he took, and how to maintain the system better so my son could get all the life he could out of the system. He’s coming back to repair a leaking exhaust pipe, install an ECOBEE Premium thermostat I bought them, and a couple other things that need done. I recommend Echols 100%, without a doubt, for your HVAC needs! Thanks John for being so accommodating answering all my questions and your friendly nature!

  John D. And Mike were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They came to do a service call and offered many options to resolve the issue. They also found some additional things that needed to be resolved. They easily explained what was going on and gave me a clear path to keep things running and correct future problems. Thank you for all of your help.

  Recently had Echols come out to service my ac unit. John D was very thorough, knowledgeable, and personable. I highly recommend calling them for any of your HVAC needs!
