  I had Arco install a new Carrier furnace 3 years ago. I am now dealing with a condensate leak, where the water is leaking into the bottom of the furnace and onto my floor. I scheduled a service appointment, took time to be home, and no one showed up. Since then, I have called multiple times and my calls haven't been returned. I'm told they're leaving notes for a representative to call me back and thats all they can do. I'm extremely disappoint in the lack of follow through and communication. Customers deserves better support after installing a very expensive new furnace.

  We had an emergency situation where water was leaking from our cold air return out of the ceiling and onto our wood flooring, on a Friday night! Mike took our call and responded immediately! He knew what the problem was and fixed it in a heartbeat, not only were we relieved and grateful for the emergency service call but so glad that Mike was the one to come and make the repair. He was amazing in every possible way! Great company, great service!

  Excellent service. The service tech, Shawn Sullivan, was thorough. His knowledge base regarding heating and cooling is very evident. He represents his company well. We’ve been dealing with ARCO going on 20 years and the service has always been excellent.

  Andrew was very professional and answered questions I had about the filters.
