  Do not trust this company. We are 2 months into the installation and we are still without a counter top, microwave, running water and our refrigerator is still in our living room. Nothing in the design has been constructed with any amount of skill. It’s like they put the job on a bulletin board I. The Home Depot parking lot and whoever takes it first is who comes to do the work. They sent a flooring guy to do our cabinets. Cuts were crooked, hardware missing. Missing pieces. He left us to sort it out ourselves and because the contractor didn’t report what was missing we we receive 3 separate deliveries, that we had to take the day off work to receive and a single one of them had everything we needed. Once Wren has your money they do nothing but say call customer service. They don’t manage the project, they do t communicate to the subcontractors they hired. We are stuck spending additional money and spending additional time off work to resolve the issues on our own. The manager of the store in Yonkers is a coward with absolutely weak moral character, unethical, and unhelpful in every possible way and all with smug entitled face, shaking his head as you talk to him. He’s not gonna, no part of Wren will s going to help, and that’s because it’s a scam. There is no help available, and that’s because there is no plan after they get your money. As soon as we get our kitchen back we plan to sue for damages. I am willing to share my story, pictures documentation with anyone that will listen if it means I can save even 1 person from having this horrible experience. I would rather cook outside than in a Wren Kitchen.

  Disappointing experience! Starting with designer Cindy lacking the proper knowledge to guide us, followed by logistics and delivery never been in time, no notifying us and cabinet assemblers doing whatever they wanted to do not what we paid for. If you are considering buying from here make sure everything is in the pictures of your design not on the description. If you get a cabinet builders that do not read English like we did, they could miss the details that were only on the instructions not showing in the pictures. You don’t get what you pay for in here. Good luck !

  We went to Wren kitchen to have our kitchen design. We recently worked with Taylor to design our kitchen, and the experience was nothing short of incredible.
