  They've worked in my house several times now. What has most impressed me is their efforts to find ways to save money: once in stressing that the problem was a ConEd issue, and then again when my insurance company was making an excessive demand for upgrades. It's well run, prompt, a pleasure to deal with.

  I am in Yonkers, NY and called Macintosh Electric for some electrical work to be done. You describe your electrical issue, Mike will send an estimate. If you agree to the estimate Macintosh will schedule a day and window of time for work to be done. My estimate was for 2 hours of labor but only took one hour. So, I was billed less than the estimate. Macintosh emailed the invoice and I sent the payment via zelle. Easy peasy! I will call Macintosh again and also refer to friends and neighbors.

  Macintosh Electric and Michael & Kay have been responsive to my and my client's every need. They helped update our electric panel from 100 amp to 200 amp and added an outside EV charger. They worked through the permit process in Yonkers, and closed the permit.

  Electrical problem in our apartment with a breaker tripping and unable to be reset. Macintosh pros traced the problem to a short in a specific wall outlet and helped resolve the issue. Professional, informative, on-time, and courteous are a few words describing our interaction with the office personnel and the two gentlemen who assessed and fixed the problem.

  I had a great experience with Macintosh Electric. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. They showed up on time, explained exactly what needed to be done, and made sure the work was completed safely and to a high standard. You can tell they take pride in what they do.
