  Chris at the Yonkers, NY store is great with helping customers on ordering materials and his customer service demeanor is also commendable…..unfortunately I can’t say the same for the ordering process. Ordered flooring, padding and stair noses. Only was able to get the flooring and padding because stair noses would supposedly be sent over by another store via Fed Ex. Chris sent over multiple emails and got no answer as to status of stair nose delivery. I called the customer service number and they were just as clueless telling me they had to call the store which I just came from only to tell me that the order would be sent out in a few weeks with no set date given. A month to get a delivery confirmation order is ridiculous and still no one knows the status. Sad I had to read about how the company has received hundreds of complaints on the BBB with many being similar to mine. Lumber Liquidators or LL Flooring. Who is responsible for my order and if it can’t be fulfilled….where is my refund? Update: 4/21 As of now…still no order information. Was told to go into store replace order and have old one cancelled and now no update for new order which was supposed to come in as of Monday or Wednesday. Staff at store supposedly sent an email to get status and have not gotten a response back. Customer service number only checks in with store and get the same answer I get. Why is this company still In business if they can’t handle orders in a timely manner and have competent people working who know how to handle complaints and order information. Never ordering from them again if it’s the last thing I do. And never recommending this store or company to anyone.

  Over 1800 square feet of flooring project completed and it would not have been possible without Wesley's above and beyond efforts. His knowledge assisted us in selecting the floor and his persistence in locating the product helped us complete the project. Floors look great! Thank you Wesley!

  Wesley has been helping me get some ideas and movement for my flooring project in my co op building, he’s so patient and has been such a fun spirit to work with. He’s been able to get me speedy help and honest answers .. really good guy, really good team!
