I called a few times left a message, but then called back by people not much experience. Finally got someone else on the phone. I was calling for an idea of how much the cabinets would be. They wanted me to make an appointment with a kitchen designer first. My kitchen wad already designed and planned I literally just wanted an idea of how much four lower cabinets would cost. Then they replied that they couldn't help me because they only sell five cabinets or more. I find that so ridiculous especially in the nyc area where we don't all have huge kitchens like they may have in other demographics. And I was only interested in 4 cabinets for this property's kitchen, however I am a real estate investor and I have over 10 kitchens so I would have most certainly used them again if they were polite and wanted my business. However I guess they didn't which is a huge mistake. Huge!

Despite reaching out for assistance, I have yet to receive any resolution or support regarding this matter. This situation has caused unnecessary inconvenience and extra expenses on my part. I have broken cabinet seating in my kitchen and a missing part of the kitchen.

From the moment my partner and I walked in and were greeted by such an amazing soul filled with enthusiasm and love for what she does for others we knew we were off to a great start. Taylor Thomas quickly engages with us and poked at our brains to figure out what we were looking for before we were even sure ourselves. Once we nailed down the sage colour and collection we were interested in Taylor quickly started working her magic on the monitor. There were some challenges simply because we live in a typical dated NYC apartment with wonky walls and all the above. Once we pondered on the idea of a 2-tone cabinet design everything just flew organically and the end result of Taylor’s design turned out to be much more than we ever expected. Taylor is the woman you want to explore all the possibilities that could exist in your kitchen. We are very grateful we met her and thrilled to hopefully know her longer than this kitchen warranty implies and beyond. She has an amazing and energetic personality that exude confidence.

AVOD THIS COMPANY!!! They lure you in with fancy promotions, but once you sign, you're on own. Our small 11X11 kitchen turned into a disaster. No one contacted us for installation even though it was promised after 48 hours delivery. We had to chase them, and they finally sent one unqualified third party installer who messed up entire wall cabinet layout. Wren charges over $5,500 for small kitchen installation but uses cheap, unprofessional contractors. After reinstalling cabinets (creating more mess), we're still waiting for crown molding and cabinet doors, with delivery pushed to the end of the month. Overpriced, cheap materials, terrible installation (especially) and absolutely zero after-sales service. Avoid Wren Kitchen at all costs.

Terrible experience with Wren Kitchens in Yonkers. I worked with the Central Park Avenue design team, but even during the design phase, the process was difficult. You constantly have to follow up to make sure things are done correctly—it’s hard to trust the team to handle your project properly. The installation was even worse. My kitchen was installed wrong—not according to the approved plans. When I raised concerns, the installer didn’t care and was sent to another job the next day. Wren uses cheap, unqualified installers; my entire kitchen was handled by just one person. The project started late, only after I chased customer service myself. I’ve worked in construction for years, and Wren Kitchens has been the worst company I’ve dealt with. My old cabinets were glued and damaged, and now they expect me to reinstall them. If a manager doesn’t respond to fix this, I’ll escalate and pursue legal action. I regret choosing Wren and absolutely do not recommend them.
