  NEVER AGAIN. Think you're ordering a white kitchen? Think again! All of the white cabinets have a grey border that's meant to act as a "shadow." Well rather than acting as a "shadow," it looks absolutely crazy. Picture an old ratty car that has one door different than the other. This grey edging creates distinct grey lines throughout the cabinets and is very clearly visible when any door/drawer is opened. Needless to say, my order was refused upon delivery. I would never spend $10k on a kitchen I was unhappy with. The customer service as Wren is nothing to brag about either. They're friendly and accommodating until the moment you put your deposit down. Once they lock you in, all bedside manner goes out the window. It is constant back and forth with changes, delays with a "compliance team", MULTIPLE measurements taken because they were wrong the first time. Then trying to talk to a decent human being about this grey edging as been a nightmare. I would never recommend for anyone to use Wren Kitchens in ANY capacity and will never be taking my business back to them. This was truly a disappointment.

  We went to Wren kitchen to have our kitchen design. We recently worked with Taylor to design our kitchen, and the experience was nothing short of incredible. From the start, it was clear that Taylor wasn't just interested in making a sale, she was genuinely invested in building a space that would mean something to our family. She balanced professionalism with a wonderful sense of humor and a very ‘human’ approach. Taylor took the time to understand our daily needs, making suggestions that were practical, realistic, and focused on long-term quality rather than just trends. Taylor has a rare eye for combining comfort with beauty. Her patience throughout the revision process was remarkable, and her commitment to the final result was evident in every detail. We loved working with her. If you are looking for a designer who cares as much about your home as you do, ask for Taylor. She is an absolute asset to Wren Kitchens.   I met with designer Danny at the Yonkers location. He was super helpful and accommodating and efficient about our time. We came up with a solid plan for a small kitchen in my converted garage. I ended up pressing pause on the project for unrelated reasons so I can't vouch for implementation but the planning and design process was fun and it helped me envision what is possible for the space.
