From the very beginning, they made the process unnecessarily complicated — dragging out quotes, adding materials that weren’t even needed, and trying to make it seem like they were the only ones capable of doing the job “properly.” Their estimate was outrageous, nearly three times higher than normal market pricing. On top of that, they deliberately overestimated almost 30% more material than what was actually required. Why? So you’re forced to return the extra — and then they hit you with a 25% restocking fee. It’s a shady way to squeeze even more money out of customers. When I decided to purchase the material only, it didn’t get any better. Despite ordering two weeks in advance, my floor was the only one that wasn’t delivered. They had the exact same product sitting in stock at other stores, but because I bought it on sale, suddenly it was “impossible” for them to transfer or price match, I signed the Docusign before i left the store and i made sure they received it, Wesley said all clear i got it on my end, I called them to let me know when the material would come Tuesday, I got the call by Chris saying the truck is here, when i get there Wesley says you never signed the Docusign, I was like I made all the payments i signed it you confirmed it and now you trying to bullshit me that i never signed, and Chris was trying to justify their error by saying mistakes happen, we are kinda busy and we are only two guys doing all the work. Why is that my or any other clients problem??? This company inflates prices, pads quotes with unnecessary items, manipulates material estimates, and creates obstacles at every step. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. My advice is STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
