Every time I’m left without anything to use. I rely on the equipment we rent to provide for my family. Just had problem with equipment again, and again without machine I’m paying for. I was told when I asked for machine to be switched out “do you think we have an unlimited supply of equipment?” Was supposed to receive call back from management and 24 hours later still no call!! I would rent elsewhere if I were you. Very very disappointed..

From their office staff Valarie, to their outside rep Camden... They made the entire process easy and efficient. Camden answered my call at 7:30pm at night to help fix my reservation and add some equipment. Joe, the shop foreman assisted with replacing my hitch, loading the equipment and trailer without making me even lift a finger. If I could give 10 stars to this team i would! This group deserves kudos all around.
