  We used Kenny Carpets & Floors for carpet throughout our basement, which is a decent sized space, and we are SO happy with it!! Everything from the decision process, to the measurements, to the installment, to the quality of carpet, and especially to the incredibly attentive customer service, was a wonderful experience for us. We would absolutely recommend them and would work with them again in a heart beat!

  Ryan and Emily are the best. So easy to work with and patient. They go out of their way to make things happen. Laminate flooring was installed throughout and Neil and Shannon were excellent. Great work, complete clean up and end results outstanding. Carpet on the stairs beautiful. Would highly recommend all of them for your flooring needs

  Our experience exceeded our expectations in every way. From the sales team (especially Ryan and Kait) to the incredibly smooth install. It was beyond expectation.   We had a fantastic experience with Kenny Carpet. Ryan was amazing and took the time to help us find the perfect carpet for our stair runner. He was extremely helpful and was able to get the job done ahead of schedule. His installers were professional and clean. They did a great job! We love the carpet!

  The Williamsville location is top notch. The location manager, Ryan provided updates on our carpet order multiple times per week. The installation team was the best we have ever experienced. On time, clean, finished everything in a professional way and even vacuumed when done. We could not be more pleased with the service and quality carpet we recieved from the entire team at Kenny Carpet.
