When the installer made a mistake, they didn’t make it a headache or push the blame around. They jumped in right away, fixed the problem, and replaced the whole floor without giving me the runaround. It’s rare to find a place that actually stands by their work like that. I’m really happy with how everything turned out and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
