    Great sales guy, terrible from there. The installer was rude, left the windows dirty. The quality of the windows installed are not the same as what was shown at the sales presentation. Scratches and scuffs, black marks on the frames, one window has a chip on the inside of the window. When I called to let them know of the issues we were told the project inspector would call and /or come out. Nothing but crickets. The quality is on par with window world but for twice the price.

    We had our first Stanek windows installed 6 years ago. This year, we replaced the balance of the windows. The bay windows are beautiful! They improved the look of our home both inside and out Installers were neat and professional. We would highly recommend this product.

    Given that we were not replacing all of our windows and wanting to maintain consistency of the "look" of our home, we obtained numerous consultations and estimates from several window firms. Although we ultimately decided to go with another manufacturer/firm due to a closer match with our existing windows, we were very impressed with the features and overall quality of Stanek Windows compared to most other products offered by other home improvement firms. We were particularly impressed with Michael Helwig, Design Consultant. We found him to be very knowledgeable about the product and scope of work involved in a window replacement project. He carefully listened to our expressed concerns and gave us very honest, professional feedback. He wasn't the least bit "pushy", rather he was an excellent resource and a pleasure to meet and work with.

    Our new windows are beautiful! Especially this winter I could tell the were of great quality, kept us very warm. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and friendly. We would recommend Stanek Windows to anyone.
