  Shady company. They installed fence in neighbors yard. Despite easily visible property markers placed by a licensed surveyor they placed the fence over on my property. No permission was sought. Just placed it, hoping nobody would care I assume. Update: Unfortunately, it sounds like this is a common issue with your company as it seems you are thinking of someone else. We did not call the police nor the town to try and stop you. We weren't even home when you installed the fence. Nonetheless, Our yard is marked by professional survey markers, easily visible. We do not have conflicting surveys as they were done by the same company and actually the same person. Moreover, our lots are divided up into perfect rectangles. You also noticeably crossed into our other neighbors yard. The fence isn't even parallel to the professionally installed markers but rather crosses over them. It appears you didn't even check a survey or take measurements before placing the fence. If you had, then the fence would actually be parallel to the markers and not cross over into other neighbors lots. Apologies if you felt we were lashing out. This was meant more for constructive negative feedback about how you run your company. I also fail to see the logic in how leaving a post automatically means we don't have a case? Nor how it means we haven't already started pursuing other legal routes and how you could even know that from a post. The reasonable thing for you to do is to verify with neighbors before installing next to a professionally marked property line and/or come back and adjust the fence rather than CREATING a civil issue between neighbors. Installing the way you did makes it apparent you were NEGLIGENT with your install and didn't even look at a property survey. If you actually did, then I find it concerning with how bad a job was done following the layout of the lot. As an FYI, any contractor we've hired to do work near a neighbors yard, i.e. cut down trees, place a fence, retaining wall, etc.. has ALWAYS requested a phone number or conversation with a neighbor prior to starting work as a common courtesy. Perhaps this is a practice you may want to consider adopting.

  We had damage to our fence as a result of a tree fall. Fesco Fence did a very good job repairing the damage.
