Technician Martin was there within the hour. He was pleasant and respectful. He did a thorough inspection of our crawlspace, quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue. The repair cost was more than fair and the whole experience was surprisingly pleasant under the circumstances. I certainly was not taken advantage of in an emergency situation.
