  I cant begin to say what a pleasant experience we had with Long Island Egress Pros. From the second I called to make an appointment to the very last minute of the process, everyone involved was exceptional. Ronnie came the first day to talk to us (not rush us through and appointment) but sit down, talk, explain the entire process. He invited us on job sites to show us what everything entails. He came back to start the process with his amazing crew- did the whole thing in one day and even brought bagels! We felt as if we were family members instead of clients. The work is flawless, and the crew was just exceptional.

  Long Island Egress Pros did a fantastic job installing our basement egress window. Ron was very professional, knowledgeable about the products, and answered all our questions thoroughly. His team came and installed the window in one day! They did a great job; they were fast, efficient, and clean! I would highly recommend Ron and Long Island Egress Pros.

  My experience with Long Island Egress Pros was actually a 10 out of 10 from start to finish. The crew who came to install the window was very efficient and organize. Ronnie Mayer who was our sales person took us threw every step of the process from explaining how installation will go to the specs on the window. Ronnie had many pictures to show us and he was there the day of the job to over see that everything went the way he said it would. I highly recommend Long Island Egress Pros. Thanks Ronnie

  Long Island Egress Pros did a wonderful job on our egress window downstairs. They finished in a matter of one day. The whole process was so professional. Now we have a beautiful, bright and more safe basement thanks to Long Island Egress Pros.

  I initially learned of this company through a radio advertisement. I called, made an appointment and met with Glen the owner. He explained the products he recommended and provided an explanation of the complete installation details for the replacement of an existing out of code basement egress. The installation was completed in one day. I cannot praise enough the crew that came to do the work! They were efficient, polite and professional and left my basement and outside area impeccably clean! The installation was flawless. If you want to know know how good this company is, it is summed up in one word my wife uttered after looking at the completed work. (Wow!) This is one of the most professional companies I have dealt with!
