Each member of the team took time to introduce themselves to me at the start of the install. At the end, they walked me through the generator’s functions and how to work the automatic transfer switch. I wholeheartedly recommend 911 Generators.

Communication is important and letting a customer know you’re running late or accounting for travel time when scheduling would be nice (which Luke did when they had to reschedule the install). The guys who came out were friendly, seem to have done a great job, and overall happy with 911 generators. Highly recommend them and having a Generac!
