Needed to HOOK UP my new generator to my propane tanks, that's all; picked 911 Generators as recommended by my propane company. Was not made clear that the appointment was a quote. Was not made clear that if I did not choose this company, there would be a charge for that appointment. I recommended to the sales people to take your time with new generator people! We dont buy generators every year! I admit, I had no idea what to ask, but it would be nice to have more words to help me know what to expect. PS five and a half hours labor INCLUDED the time spent working up the quote and our approval.
