  Napora is a great company. I’ve called them for four different problems I was having and they were quick to respond and figure out a solution. They’re both knowledgeable and reasonable and I would recommend them to anyone.

  This was the first time I used Napora. They were highly recommended by a friend. Yuri was on time, he and his assistant were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They fixed my problem quickly and made sure I had any questions answered. I will definitely use Napora again in the future.

  We’ve used Napora for plumbing on a few occasions recently and they have been amazing! Their response time, attention to detail, and that they “get it right” the first time has been a refreshing change for us. Highly recommend them!!

  Our furnace died on a Tuesday night, they had someone here that evening, part was in next day, came back that day and were very honest with the repair vs. replacement as our furnace was leaking badly and would 100% fail again resulting in more repairs. In the end we decided to do a replacement. New furnace was in the next morning and our house is toasty warm again. Everyone was so kind, honest, helpful and professional. We will definitely be recommending Napora to everyone we know and using them in the future for maintenance!

  It's 9 degrees outside, and the furnace is providing only minimal heat. You wake up "freezing" at 4 am. You call several "24 hour" service centers and find that, of those who do have an answering service, you just don't feel like waiting until somebody calls back. So you keep searching. Finally, a living voice on the line -- and the owner agrees to come by between 10 and 11 am the same day. So you build a fire in the fireplace...and wait. By 8 am most of the house is in the mid 50 degree range and still falling. When your time frame arrives, Yuri from Napora arrives. He disassembles your furnace, and within 30 minutes he has recorded the parts needed, and makes a call to the parts persons. By 6 pm, your furnace is functioning. No fuss, no mess, just a working furnace once again -- even the dog is happy. This is emergency service as it should be, and at a cost I found very reasonable. No heat? Give them a try. You will not be disappointed (and you'll soon be warm again).
