Mr. Quackenbush was professional, polite , pleasant, and very confident in doing the job of diagnosing the problem. He fixed the problem within 2 hours and the charge was very much less than expected. He was an angel sent from heaven. I thank God. After 2 days without water, i ‘m so grateful and thankful .
