I never even received a phone call from the owner to see what the problem was. I received a swach of what they said I chose which was different than the original photo. Also I kept asking for the brand of the front door and received a nasty email that they got back to me “per my persistent request”. Wow asking for something you should have already had is a problem for them. This was such a bad experience and very bad customer service.

The switch over from two swinging glass doors to a sliding door went smoothly, and the way they left it, looks great! Heck, I forgot to get some info before they left… I called the office and the installer came back to clear things up. Sure, I’m sorry I made them a little late to their next appointment, but I sure did appreciate the prompt response!

They do great work and truly care about their business and Customer satisfaction . When we a had minor issue post install They addressed it and fixed it in a timely fashion.. We are getting replacement door installed next. I would highly recommend WW of Hudson Valley..

It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows as they may fall during removal or installation.
