From the second I walked in to New Beginnings office Chantal welcomed me with such enthusiasm I was surprised. She was professional, and understanding of my needs and wants. No pressure at all, I felt like if they were family , seriously. I found the exact door and color I wanted I was sooo happy. The installation was also great the crew Nick, Toby and Jason were super cool and very professional, they came early I worked until the door was properly installed and asked me several times if I was happy with the results.. I found it to be so amazing since homeowners usually struggle with renovations. Chantal then called me to follow up and make sure I was satisfied!!!!! I hope the owners read this review : you have an excellent crew, Chantal amazing work thank you sooo much for treating me so well.
