I never even received a phone call from the owner to see what the problem was. I received a swach of what they said I chose which was different than the original photo. Also I kept asking for the brand of the front door and received a nasty email that they got back to me “per my persistent request”. Wow asking for something you should have already had is a problem for them. This was such a bad experience and very bad customer service.

Sure, I’m sorry I made them a little late to their next appointment, but I sure did appreciate the prompt response!
