  Such an amazing company from start to finish! They were professional and accommodating to my schedule. I’ve been working with several companies doing work on my house and they were by far, the best experience. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

  Personal touch flooring just finished putting in a new bathroom floor for me plus linoleum. It looks beautiful! They arrived on time and I felt comfortable that they had my best interests in mind. They answered all my questions. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who needs flooring work done. At some point, I will be recarpeting a room in my house and I will definitely call them.

  This family run business is professional and efficient. My carpet was damaged by a contractor removing an old refrigerator. Personal Touch gave me a free estimate for cleaning that carpet the same day. They arrived promptly on the date and time we scheduled. Joe and Joe were personable, respectful, efficient, and professional. They were in my home for less than an hour and left me with beautiful new looking carpet. I highly recommend this business!

  Amazing!!! From showroom to final installation! Whole house wood flooring a three day job. Joe, Joe Jr., and his team went above and beyond from measuring to install. So much personal attention, feels like family when you walk into the showroom. Phone pick up and answer too, very accessible, easy sample sign out with tons of choices! Don't be intimidated by this lovely white colonial house showroom as a sign of expensive! Prices are lower to competitive to the big box stores and local flooring stores. BUT... owner installed and attention is priceless!!! They had free rip out of carpet too, a total plus.The care and detail to precision we have not experienced before.They treated our home like their own. So informative from moisture readings, to wood acclimation, everything for success of product install. NO other estimator even mentioned these precautions. Constant communication too during the installation process of where, what and when to make this a smooth process! I did my homework.. 3 estimates and researched for months.. A+ to this family business!!! So thankful! Our house is unrecognizable now!
