  We just finished a flooring project and had an amazing experience here! The selection is huge, from high-end hardwood to budget-friendly laminate. The prices are much better than the big-box stores.

  Many reasons why this company is in bankruptcy. This store isn’t helping it come out of it. No fault to the Staff because they are helpful. Hopefully they find better jobs when this place closes.

  The sales people need a little more training on there products but they are very nice also when I purchased my product they said it should have taken a week to complete my delivery but for some reason it was put on a truck that delivered it to another location and misplaced order long story short received my delivery and I’m all set with a little stress

  Good helpful employees. Fair prices. Be sure to do homework on products. Something we bought that was water resistant certainly isn't. But over years of buying there, this is the first time a products wasn't what we expected. It is a beautiful floor though!

  This Wappingers Falls Lumber Liquidators is hands down the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I’ve ordered from this location a few times over the years, and a majority of the time they fail at the most basic part of their job. They never call. They never update you. They never let you know when your order is in. But this last experience has been unbelievable. We ordered flooring a month or two ago. No one contacted us when it arrived. We had to call them ourselves. When we picked it up, one of the boxes was the wrong product. We returned it and were left short on flooring. We ordered two more boxes of the correct flooring. Again, silence. After constant calling, on a Monday they finally told us the order was ready on. I drove an hour to this store that Thursday, waited an entire hour after signing for the flooring, since they won't even show it to you unless you sign, only for them to tell us the flooring wasn’t actually there. They said it never came off the truck even though they already told us it had arrived. Then they said they would ship the boxes to us. That was two weeks ago. Since then, customer service has left us on hold for over an hour on multiple calls, never calls back when we request one, and the store has zero information. Zero. Nobody seems to know anything or care enough to find out. I am exhausted, out money, out time, and still do not have the flooring I paid for. This location and this company is a disaster. Terrible communication, terrible follow through, and a total lack of accountability. Save yourself the headache and shop literally anywhere else.
