- JFJunior FernandezNov 17, 20255.0I have to say, hands down, these guys are the best!!!. My furnace stopped blowing air and I decided to see if it was an easy fix. DYI here. Unfortunately, it was NOT. Now, this is where these guys are so awesome, I reached out to another very known HVAC company in the neighborhood and they had an opening 3 days out. So, okay, we thought we could wait that long, but we couldn't. So, we decided to reach out to Arctic Bear Heating and we were able to get a tech on the same day. It was either luck or they really wanted to help. Ken did an amazing job and within 2 hours or so, the problem was fixed.

Arctic Bear was able to make an emergency appointment for us the next day. Lance and Zach arrived and were very professional and knowledgeable. They got right to work and found the leak in a lead pipe of all things. Logan was called on so that they could together replace the lead pipe with PVC and tie it into existing cast iron. Their expertise and proficiency greatly improved a stressful situation. I highly recommend.
- EJEd JNov 14, 20255.0Had an old oil burner boiler that was leaking. They understood the urgency to get a new system installed before the old one died and flooded the garage. The new propane system was installed in a bit more than two weeks and they did a fantastic job. The old system was a rats nest of piping. Arctic Bear ripped that all out and installed everything new that looks like it could be in an advertising feature in a magazine. Great job in one day and no problems.

He made sure everything was done to our satisfaction and when he was done with his work, he made doubly sure that we were happy and satisfied... the guy TRULY cares!!! We had some interaction with Tim, and he too gives top shelf service. The communication between Arctic Bear and us, the customer, was unlike anything we've experienced. Go with them, you wont be sorry!!
- HPHeather PineNov 2, 20255.0OMG I don’t know where to start. Not only was Hillary amazing at answering questions and helping me get someone here to give me a quote. She kept me updated via text after I explained I was unable to be home due to work as well as answer calls. Timothy came out did the quote, I loved seeing him on my camera trying to interact with the outdoor cats, was thorough, and right on. I had 2 other techs come and install it, (sorry I didn’t get their names) but they came in and did everything right. They kept me updated via text and I didn’t worry about them being in my house without me there. I felt comfortable and completely at peace with it. If you need any work done, I strongly recommend Artic Bear, you won’t be sorry.
