  Excellent service just a normal check to see how everything is running. This is my first home so understanding how these things work feel very essential to me. The worker Ken C was very helpful and explained what he was checking and the numbers for everything he checked. I also asked about the export from my hot water heater and he quoted me during my regular check up for how much that would be to take care of in the future. I feel very confident with the inner workings of my home. Thanks so much!

  I have a very rarely used toilet in my half-bathroom, which I may have used 5 times in the 10 years I have owned my house. I noticed that the tank doesn't fill with water, and thinking it may be something minor, I made an appointment with Arctic Bear. Logan and Simon B. showed up, and Logan determined that the entire (very old) toilet has many issues, and it would need to be replaced. I stressed to Logan that I really don't use that bathroom; Logan was honest in saying that in that case, I might just want to leave it alone and save a hefty price of exchanging a toilet I literally never use. I totally agreed with his way of thinking, and said I would rather not incur a hefty expense at this point. He shut off the water valve to it, took a photo of the toilet & said he will send me an estimate of a new toilet purchase/installation should I change my mind. He than looked at my other water sources & determined all is fine. Scott took a look at my hot water heater, and said all is fine with it as well. I asked the gentlemen how much I owe them, and Logan said "Nothing; I just looked & assessed your toilet" (!). 15 minutes later, I am sitting here, still at awe at what a wonderful Company Arctic Bear is, and what honest and dilligent employees it hires. The gentlemen didn't have to look at other heat and water related appliances, but they did & found everything to be in working order. Having owned two houses in my life, I have had many dealings with Appliance Repair Companies, and Arctic Bear's work ethic is extremely refreshing. Thank you, Arctic Bear, Logan and Scott B.. Rest assured that you are the one and only Company I will be contacting should I need your services in the future. Monika Aliosius

  Not a review type of person but I’ll take the time to thank Clay and Phil for properly addressing a Boiler/Tank issue after struggling with 4 different below average techs. Thanks for finding & addressing the issue and resolving it in the best way possible for the comfort of my household.

  I had always heard good things. Unfortunately my experience was not that I own a 2004 double wide that we take very good care of we had our furnace replaced about five years ago with a Mr. Cool They stated they would not service it because it was not a mobile home furnace however it is approved for New York State. They still wanted me to pay $125 service fee for him to come out and tell me he wouldn’t touch it. After speaking to the Second manager that he was waved he was much more personable than the first. I will say that when you call a person answers the phone and she is polite and professional. The young men that I had in my home were very nice and professional however, they referred to a manager for knowledge and we’re given wrong information

  Our furnace stopped one of the Coldest nights in January 2026. We called late 01/29/2026 after 9 pm. A young man Nicklaus came late to our home. After checking the furnace it was determined that there was a crack in the furnace and no longer could be used. It was as they say, "Yellow Tagged". Could be leaking Carbonozide. Wow ! Lucky we were. First time my husband was unable to fix something in our home. (I'm sure he could have put in a new one. State rules must be done by Professionals. And Professionals these young men were. As difficult as it was for Gary to have someone doing what he wanted to do, these Young men made it easy for him to relaxe while they were busy in and out. At one point I had to leave to pay taxes.( UGH) Upon returning there were 3 Artic Bear Vans in our Drive way and a pick up truck across the road. Wow! Back in our house, I put in a pizza for the fellows, put out more brownies I had made that am. Sat in warm sun room with hubby and we chatted and watched TV. As the Young Men went in and out the front & back door, Up and down the cellar stairs. Carring the Old furnace parts, trip after trip after trip. I need to name at least the 3 young men that were at our home.most of the day. Troy, Nicholas and Eric. There were more. And Everyone of these young Men were Amazing, Respectful of.our home coming in and out side, carring all the heavy furnace parts, tools etc. They Cleaned up after All their work. The hole they had ro cut for Cold Air Return that I panicked when I saw them cutting into the floor. (Yes I knew ahead it was going to happen) . Amazing job done there as well. We could hear from time to time The young Fellows laughing. We commented how nice it was to hear them laugh. Hard work up and down stair, inside and out in the cold. Carring heavy parts that can be dangerous. Be Proud Of the Young Men that you have hired Going Into homes of families ,Be Proud of how Respectful they were putting in a very long day of work. Everyone of Artic Bear Employees that entered our home was great. Gary and I hope that we treated them well. A Huge Thank You to our Salesman Evan, a great Job explaining all our needs that day. Thsn you for coming so quickly when the weather was so extremely cold and continues to be cold. Thank you. Gary & Violet Russell
