- KPKim PearlJan 19, 20265.0Let’s start with the owner Rich…. He is honest, straight forward, knowledgeable and best of all no high pressure sales tactics. He delivered right on time. Also the prices on the windows were amazing .He even sent a basket and shows up on the job to make sure everything went well. The crew was wonderful. They were respectful, clean, efficient and even found a small flaw in the glass of one of the windows ( I didn’t even see it). They let Rich know right away. The quality of the windows are great! We could already feel the difference immediately. We had 13 windows replaced including a picture window on the first floor of our home. We are absolutely using them again next year to do the second floor of our home. I would very strongly recommend them to family , friends and neighbors. Please don’t hesitate they are wonderful!

I chose this company because they are a local provider, but I honestly didn’t expect such a high level of quality control and responsibility—on par with much larger companies. Please take down curtains, blinds, or any other window treatments. Security sensors should also be removed and turned off by your security company. Please provide our installation expert with a clear path to the window(s) being replaced by moving anything that may be in the way. It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows as they may fall during removal or installation.
How long will it take to get my replacement windows? How much time should I allow for the installation?
Since every window ordered is custom-built to fit your home and design choices, manufacturing times vary. Once delivered, the type of window being installed and the type being removed help determine the amount of time needed to complete the job. On average, each window takes about 30 minutes. Trim work and cleanup will require additional time to complete. An average job will take a single day.
