  Roy's came out to do our heating and cooling yearly service. The technician found a crake in the heat exchange and it needed to be fixed or replaced on a 13 year old furnace. Matt suggested a new system. He called the office and a salesman, Robert Nolan came out and explained multiple options we had. We decided on a new furnace and airconditioner. We decided on option 2 he showed us. Because of our schedule the new system could not be installed for 3 days and Robert left us a stand alone heater if we needed it. The installers arrived on time and installed both systems by the end of the day. They put down covering in our hall and on the stairs down to the cellar. They cleaned up everything before they left and explained how to do a monthly cleaning of the furnace and how the new thermostat worked prior to leaving. We wouldn't have any other company but Roy's take care of our heating/cooling/electric & plumbing. They are wonderful!

  Josh Butry is a great technician, he thoroughly explained everything to me so I understand it. He also very professional very kind. And he also had a lot of teachable moments for me so I can understand why this happened and what needs to happen to fix things properly. All in all, josh is amazing and please give him a raise he represents Roy is very well and a part of a awesome company.

  Professional experience from original call, to first appointment, assessment of my issue, and strategizing ALL my options. They took a stressful situation and immediately de-escalated my stress level and walked me through each of their recommendations. On the day the job was to be executed I experienced a thorough and efficient crew that made me confident they knew exactly what they were doing. There were multiple guys at my job and I wish I could remember everyone’s name because they were all great. I will highlight that my Sr. Plumbing Tech Dan Stewart and his Tech Tony Robinson were amazing to work with. Prior to being introduced to Roy’s Plumbing I was a customer of another operation for 25 years. Needless to say I do not know what I was missing and will be switching to Roy’s for all my future needs.

  On March 24, 2026 Nick from Roy's came to my house to do a review of our whole house electrical system. He was very polite, professional and thorough. He did a great job, answered all my questions and fully explained what he was looking at. It pays to be a member of Roy's. On March 25, Tyler came from Roy's to do a plumbing review. Outstanding service, if I owned the company he is an employee I would highly value. Very comprehensive review of all our plumping in the house.

  Do not recommend lady I talked to on the phone was rude told me a tech would be out 12-2 didn't receive a call text anything for a confirmation, I called in asking where my technician was I called at 4 so well out of my time frame, the other lady I talked to told me that there was no appointment booked I'm sitting at home with no heat had another company out in 30 minutes for reference it is a 27 year old furnace and the temperature was in the 30s you would have thought I lived in Antartica if you stepped into my home. The staff was very rude when I called to book the appointment now this was a few days ago I am just now having time to write this review, I also had a membership with them you would think that that would help me out in some sort of way I have done business with them for a few years now. Just a heads up If you call make sure the lady name doesn't start with a T I don't remember name that's all I remember!!! I believe maybe her name was Tara
