We just had Frank’s Basement Systems here to remedy our wet basement. I have to write to let you know how happy we are! My first impression was how clean everything was left. Then, how quickly they got everything done! Anthony was amazing - from letting us know when they were on their way, to walking us through the final product. He answered all of our questions for us! His amazing team - Dan, Steven and Josh W. - they were clean and courteous and efficient. I would highly recommend Frank’s Basement Systems to anyone who needs waterproofing in their basement! Thank you Anthony and crew!

We recently met with Eric R. for an estimate on a backup sump system and foundation crack repairs, and the experience was outstanding. He was extremely knowledgeable and genuinely focused on helping us understand our situation, offering practical advice that most companies wouldn’t share unless it directly benefited them. At no point did it feel like a sales pitch – his priority was clearly making our basement as dry, safe, and livable as possible. He even recommended addressing one issue before moving forward with additional work, which truly speaks to his honesty and integrity. We highly recommend Frank’s Basement Systems to anyone looking for professional, trustworthy, and comprehensive foundation solutions.

I had some basement cracks filled and the entire team was just great. John Camp, Eli, Sean D. And his team were all great and I felt comfortable with every single one of them in my home. They were respectful and thorough in everything. They explained everything to me before and after. They even were so great as to take down some shelves that I would never have been able to remove myself. They were not my first quote but they were my best quote! They even have a long warranty on what I had done. I will absolutely return for any future work. Thank you guys!!

Frank’s Basement Tech came out today to replace my sump pump. I’ve never had any issues with Frank’s before, but today was a bit disappointing not because of the technician, but due to the company’s lack of communication. The technician arrived on time and had everything needed for a standard sump pump installation. However, he was not informed that my system also includes a radon setup. As a result, he didn’t have the proper sealant or screws required to correctly reseal the cover. Several screws stripped during removal, and I had to use a sealant I had on hand, which I don’t believe will hold up properly. I was advised to contact a radon technician to come out and reseal the cover correctly. This will now cost me additional money, all because the technician was not properly informed ahead of time. Very disappointed in the lack of communication between the office and the service technician regarding the specifics of the job. Also, since the installation today, all I can hear throughout the house is the new sump pump humming as it repeatedly turns on and off. This was never an issue with the old pump, which was virtually silent. I’m concerned something may not be adjusted or installed correctly. A sump pump should not be constantly noticeable. Occasional sound during heavy water flow is normal. Frequent humming and cycling. Bottom line: a sump pump should not be constantly noticeable. Occasional noise during heavy water flow is normal, but frequent humming and cycling indicates something is not adjusted or installed correctly. This needs to be addressed. Will update after I have talk with Frank’s service manager. I contacted the office on 03/21/2026 and was advised they would not send a technician out on Saturday unless I paid an after-hours service fee of $150.00. I found this to be unreasonable, as the cover was not properly sealed and was producing a noticeable whistling sound due to the improper fit. I agreed to have the service manager come out on Monday to properly reseal the cover using the correct screws and sealant. Additionally, I am hoping the manager can address the pump operation, as it is currently loud enough to be heard throughout the entire house when it cycles on and off. Update: 03/23/2026 I just want to thank Chuck for coming out, fixing the issues, and making sure everything was taken care of. We’re very pleased with the outcome.

When I first reached out to Franks, a guy came and gave me a very in depth quote that was very expensive. While I understand he did not "over-quote" me, I had just purchased the house and did not have that kind of funds available. A few weeks later, Frank himself reached out to me and came over to look at my basement. We came up with a plan to just fix the most problematic area of the basement for now, instead of doing the entire thing (I was not having a water leak problem in the whole basement thankfully). This was much more affordable having just purchased the house. And they were able to "tie it in" to the existing trench drainage that my old house has (and is failing lol). Josh Frye was my technician who came out and did the whole job himself. He was great and very thorough and made sure to show and explain everything he did. My ONLY complaint (not the fault of Josh) was that the office told me they had me scheduled in for it being a for a two day job, when I was originally told one day only. This posed a problem as I only took one day off work. However, I am still giving 5 stars because everything else was great and I appreciate the thoroughness of everyone. And the repair seems to be working so far!
