Recently had a 50 gallon Hybrid hot water tank installed. I couldn't be more happy with the company, crew, equipment and especially Dana. Dana was my direct contact with NOCO. Dana kept me in the loop all the way through the process. She responded to every question usually within minutes. My install came with a couple challenges. I required a 220 volt line to be run from the breaker box to the utility room. The easiest way was through the attic but NOCO insulted my entire attic 2 weeks prior to the hot water tank install. They found a suitable path through the attic without much disturbance of the new insulation. NOCO has been in my home two times in as many weeks. I experienced nothing but professionalism, respect and of course know how. The best part was; when they left, I couldn't tell they were there at all.

⸻ We recently had a technician come out to look at our furnace. Within minutes of arriving, he focused on the fact that the unit was from 1984 and told us it was “beyond fixable.” We were quoted $9,800 for a full replacement without much discussion about repair options. Because that felt like a big decision, we reached out to another local company for a second opinion. They took the time to properly diagnose the issue, identified a specific part that needed to be replaced, and the furnace was successfully repaired. While we understand that older systems may eventually need replacing, we were disappointed that repair options were not explored or clearly explained before recommending such an expensive replacement. It left us feeling like the age of the furnace was used as the primary reason to push a new sale rather than fully evaluate the problem. We would encourage others to seek a second opinion before committing to a major replacement.

5 Stars! Darren, the manager, was very knowledgeable. He personally came to help. John Wesolowski was a good guy - very trustable. We chose Noco in the first place because of Mike Casciano & they lived up to Mike’s great reputation.

NOCO was extremely prompt in my last delivery that I had some problems with the HEAP program authorization and I was well below 1/4 tank by the time it was resolved. When I talked to the NOCO staff, they were able to get the delivery scheduled ASAP and I did not end up running out of oil thankfully.
