  Reached out to Serg because I saw the good reviews on Google. Wanted to redo the flooring in my kitchen and in a bedroom. He came out to take measurements and we scheduled a time and date to go out to the shop to discuss options and get a quote. Unfortunately he cancelled and requested to reschedule the appointment but I reached out more than once and was unable to get that appointment rescheduled. Just unprofessional.

  I want to sincerely thank Modern Flooring and Renovations WNY. Mr. Serge and his crew did a phenomenal job on our home, and I could not be more satisfied with the results. We had some serious issues — a stairwell that was structurally unsafe, a damaged kitchen floor, a bathroom floor with water damage, and even a bedroom that needed structural attention. From the very beginning, they were honest, professional, and fair. They gave me a reasonable estimate, offered flexible solutions for payment, and provided a beautiful selection of vinyl flooring to choose from. Despite being busy with other projects, they honored our agreement, stayed committed, and completed everything within a week. They handled every task with care and detail — installing new flooring throughout our living room, bedrooms, dining room, and kitchen, repairing and rebuilding a safe, solid stairwell, putting in new bathroom floors, and even installing beautiful bathroom tile. They also went above and beyond by helping with baseboards, floor registers, and fitting my bifold doors. What impressed me most was their openness and professionalism. I felt comfortable pitching ideas and asking questions at any point, and they always offered thoughtful suggestions to further improve the home. Their craftsmanship is meticulous, their work ethic beyond reproach, and at no point did I ever feel concerned about the quality of their work. My family and I are thrilled with the results, and we’re so grateful for the transformation they delivered. Everything looks beautiful, safe, and solid — exactly what we hoped for.
