And then they got to work unloading equipment while Sean explained every step of the work they would be doing. These guys are pros, no hesitation to do whatever needed to be done . Everyone worked together. The job was done perfectly and a few hours ahead of schedule. I will be calling Frank's for any future need for sure. And I'll ask for Sean and his great crew !

- JGJ GDec 23, 20255.0I’ve worked with Frank’s Basement Waterproofing 3-4 separate times now and they were 100% professional from start to finish of the project. They were extremely thorough in assessing the water issue we were having, explained the whole process to me initially (and reviewed each time they came out). We had a warranty issue that may or may not have been a new issue but they covered it and stand 100% by the work they do. They clean up after themselves and leave the place better than they found it. (As an aside I worked with another local well known company (UTECH). If you’re between the two, go with Frank’s. The other company did not stand by their warranty, and I had to harass the other company to come out to even finish the job. Franks came in and figured out the issue very quickly, and fixed it the first time. All of their employees are genuinely good people and seem to like their job. That’s rare these days. Frank’s is the way to go!

From the start, working with Michael T., Design Specialist who was excellent with answering any of my concerns to preparing the estimate. The team, Anthony, Dan, Steven & Josh F. were very professional & knowledgeable. The service was excellent , they were on time, courteous & very considerate of my home. The process went smooth & the cleanup was flawless. This group is a team and the finished job shows just that. I would recommend Frank's Basement Systems for all your basement projects!

I called Frank's Basement Systems immediately and was met with courteous and friendly service. They advised me someone would be out soon. A short while later I received a call from Bill Grunzweig, who said he'd be there in 10 minutes. Sure enough, 10 minutes later he arrived. He diagnosed the issue and quickly replaced my sump pump. He was strait forward explaining the pricing and quick and efficient with installation. He was friendly and personable. I called at about 7:50 am and Bill was walking out the door job completed at 9:50am. I have been a customer of Frank's Basement Systems for 10 years and have never had any negative experiences. If you need anything serviced in your basement, do yourself a favor and call Frank's Basement Systems.
