  Had our consultation with Jason Milsom today and I was beyond happy with how everything went. He came by ontime with our scheduled appointment and did a full walk through of all the windows we are looking to replace. He was very knowledgeable and was very honest about all the questions and opinions he had. We went to the showroom after to look at different options and go over the the final details. There was no pushy sales pitch involved and didn't feel like I was being forced into any decision. They keep everything in house from manufacturing to sales and installation and that's exactly what we were looking for. We are having 9 windows replaced in our home in tonawanda ny and very happy with the decision we made.

  Tom showed up on time (within 1 minute). Impressed! Professional and offered to remove his clean shoes. Did a very detailed review of my basement bathroom project. Presentation was perfect and detailed. Super friendly and a kind person. A one-of-a-kind salesman.

  Apparently just last week they decided to change how far they are willing to do jobs. So after I went to the home show and scheduled an appointment for an estimate and was told that yep they will be there they cancelled my appointment and didnt bother to tell me. Bill the managers answer to me was well i guess you better call someone else. What a great way to run a business! Mind you I live a little over an hour away from Buffalo and they did work in the area previously

  Todd showed up for his appointment on time. He is very kind and courteous. He’s easy to talk to and answered all of our questions. Todd is very knowledgeable and professional. He’s thorough, patient and understanding He did a great job speaking to myself and my son. Definitely 5 star customer service!
