We ordered a premium white-framed window with an install timeline that already felt long. When installation finally happened, the crew damaged the window. Instead of a proper fix, we were left with a clearly temporary and mismatched solution that looks awful and doesn’t even fit correctly. Our home has all white windows, and now there’s one glaring problem that stands out immediately.

Communication was terrible, missed timelines, no clear updates, and lots of excuses. The installation was sloppy and rushed. Poor finishing, visible issues around the frames, and the crew acted like my concerns were normal and not worth fixing. For what they charge, that’s unacceptable.
