A few months into the winter season, the top surface layer chipped / popped in numerous locations as if there was water below the surface and it froze. Less than 4 months old and it looks terrible. To the best of my knowledge, the surface was never sealed. If that was my responsibility no one ever mentioned it to me. Assuming this is a known outcome in concrete, it would nice if it was discussed as a possibility beforehand. Welcome to the new norm in quality workmanship.

They probably sold us the cheapest crap they could at a middle of the road price compared to the 2 other quotes we got. Thanks a lot for standing behind your work.
