  Had a great, worry free, experience doing business with them. Everyone I’ve dealt with, from the salesman to the technician, was transparent and upfront throughout the whole process. Was hesitant at first since my garage door, in my opinion, was functioning and serving its purpose but I realized right away how mistaken I was once they installed the new door. Couldn’t be more happy about the results and it only took about 3-4 hrs for all the labor

  We shopped around for a new garage door for our home we recently purchased. I'm glad we chose 716 garage door. The price was incredible, the customer service was amazing from start to finish. Everything was super easy and we love our new door. The neighbors are complimenting us daily as it has changed the look of our home. The installer (David) was very professional and his work ethic and timing was spot on. Everything worked out great and I'd recommend 716 to anyone looking to upgrade or replace their door and enhance their home.

  My garage door suddenly stopped working and I could not manually lift the door. As a result, my car was stuck inside my garage. I called 716 Garage Door Repair and they had a technician at my house within 3 hours. Tony K. was very helpful. He assessed the problem and explained all my options. He replaced the failed components and had the garage door working perfectly in an hour. Excellent customer service and very efficient!

  When Angel showed up to install my new garage door I was surprised and asked him where the 2nd man was, he stated he was the only one. I was worried as the old door was a heavy gauge steel door. However Angel removed it and installed the new door in what I would consider record time, and no I'm not telling how much time as your boss doesn't need to know. Suffice it to say I was wowed by the service and the quality of our new garage door. Thanks Angel

  We used 716 garage door to replace our broken door. Our experience with 716 garage door was nothing short of 5 stars. We had quotes from other places, but 716 was the most reasonably priced. Bari was the first person we were in contact with and he was awesome. He was extremely knowledgeable and only had us replaced what we needed. He did not take advantage like some other places. The door came in timely and the installation was smooth. The team was communicative and let us know exactly when they were coming to install the door. Dave did the installation. He was professional, experienced and efficient. We're so happy with the outcome and couldnt recommend 716 garage door enough.
