  I had Jason M. For a sales rep, he came by gave a very good sales pitch and answered my emails in a timely manner. I can honestly say this man can sell a cat haired coat and call it mink. I already had a door installer lined up, however , he almost got me to switch lol But , what truly sells is the product itself, good quality, VERY EXCELLENT financing options and the workers who installed my oversized large bump out window WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. A one day job took three days but I was ok with it bc of the crews work ethic! The window took five months and I see why! You want quality, you have to be patient. No, they do not reach out until it’s time to schedule. I need one or two more windows installed , I’ll probably use them again. I do feel my window is leaking air on one side, they came out and said everything was sealed fine. Time will tell.

  Tom Porto was my senior estimator. He was extremely personable and arrived as scheduled. He was very patient with me, offering suggestions and showing me colors, patterns and examples until I finally settled on the colors and designs that pleased me. I highly recommend working with Tom.

  We just purchased a shower from Jeff We live in Black Rock Jeff was wonderful to work with. He made the entire process as stress free as possible while making this type of purchase. We were able to find all of the looks and materials we had in mind before starting this process. We would definitely recommend Comfort to any friend or relative looking to remodel a bath in the future Be sure to ask for Jeff😊😊😊

  Jeremy came to my house to give me information on replacement windows. He was very professional and also was very thorough going through all my options and recommended the best window choice which was right for me and my house. The best part is he never used pressure in his sale. He made me feel very comfortable with my choice. I highly recommend Jeremy if you are looking for a window.

  We live in Buffalo, New York and we just bought windows from Jeff! Our expierence was the most informative. It was easy to make a decision based off the product alone There was no pressure to rush and decide. The product itself really sells itself but the way Jeff presents and makes you understand the important of details that guarantee the integrity of the product we will have in our house long term, really helped us as homeowners make the right decision. We are pleased with our services provided and now have a better knowledge of product and know what to look for when we look to upgrade our home.
